Overview
Another great work from android developer, recovery tool that your can install on your Samsung Galaxy Gio. if you like to change your ROM with custom ROM then you must be familiar with recovery mode, recovery mode is state where you can update / modification your phone firmware, a combination of key presses will boot your phone into recovery mode in this case Button Home + Power Button will make your Samsung Galaxy Gio boot to recovery mode.
On original samsung recovery mode as known Stock Recovery you will find some menu that help you update / modification your phone. All firmware update / modification must be through recovery mode. Some people modification this recovery mode to do more task than stock recovery can do like do backup system, restore, fix permission (this will handle force close issue), etc
Today i will show a great custom recovery that made for our device Sasmung Galaxy Gio. This project maybe already abandoned but the latest version is stable enough for being use.

How to
- Download PX Recovery 0.3.6 place it on your sdcard
- Shutdown your device and go to recovery mode, press home + power button
- Select install zip from sdcard, and navigate to step number 1
- Wait until installation finish
- Done now you have custom recovery on your device
NOTE:
If you feel you don't like with this custom recovery you can back to you stock recovery using stock recovery but remember to always do with your own risk, how to install / update stock recovery is using same way as above.
