Increase Internal Memory Size > 1 GB

This is another way to increase internal memory size become > 1 GB,

NOTE : this method can be done for un root and root Samsung Galaxy Gio. 

But you must can meet this requirement :

1. Must be on Stock ROM (S5660DXKT8), if you current firmware not this then please update it first using Odin or Kies, how to check your current firmware ? simple just dial *#1234# and it will show you screen about your PDA version.
2. Download Gio_V1.0.ops and Odin V4.42
3. Download boot image, CODE_S5660DXKT8_boot.tar.md5
4. Sdcard with 2 primary formatted partition inside, Fat32 or Fat for your data and Ext4 for additional internal memory
5. Please backup your data, in case something bad happen.

If you already meet the requirement now it time to do our action, i will try to explain step by step with more detail but if you still don't know how to do it please don't shy to drop a comments. What we are going to do is change boot image, so we need to use odin. but today it not going to flash one package.

1. Open odin V4.42, and do like picture below
   
   
2. Put your phone on download mode (Press Volume Down + Power Button + Home Button)
3. Connect your phone with sdcard insert in it. but remember your sdcard must already have the requirement mention above, if not your phone will never boot up.
4. If you already done all, just press start button on Odin.
5. Congratulation now you have 1 GB internal memory.
