I think maybe this is the most popular launcher among the other that is in Google Play Store, the more interesting you can get it for free no need to spend your money. There are thousands of themes and icon packs you can download to customize Go Launcher EX, tons of widgets, lock screen tweaks, and more. Smooth, rounded corners, folder groups, good-looking animations, and an emphasis on clean, customizable layouts make this launcher popular, and it doesn't hurt that it supports Android phones running 2.0 or higher. and the good news is the developer constantly update the launcher. Worth to try this launcher
ADW Launcher
This launcher become CM7 default launcher, is a highly flexible, customizable launcher that supports Android 1.6 and higher. if you wanna try the EX the you must willing to paid around $4. same like GO Launcher, ADW Launcher offers hundreds of themes to choose from, customizable home screen layouts, multiple dock styles that fit up to five different shortcuts, customizable icon sets, switchable animations, a hidden dockbar with unlimited scrolling, and more. the one i don't like with this launcher is when you close an application you will back to home screen not on app drawer screen, i already complain it to developer but i don't know if it already handle or not.
Nova Launcher
Another launcher that cannot be enjoy by original Galaxy Gio ROM, this launcher is free but only ICS 4.0 can enjoy it. but if you wanna spend $4 you can enjoy Nova Launcher prime that will unlocks unread count badges for email, SMS, and voicemail, lets you permanently hide apps you never use but don't want to uninstall, two-finger gestures for launcher actions, and folders in your dockbar. i trying this launcher when i installing CM9 ROM on my device. but nothing special with this launcher i prefer using trebuchet launcher that this on.
MXHome Launcher 3.0
If you like 3D effect for you icons, the this launcher maybe fit for you. this is free launcher you can use it without spend your money, MX launcher is a launcher that is specialized in 3D effect on it 'Theme page' it provides totally different experiences by highlights from 3D effect and creative ideas. Smooth performance in other device but when i try it a little bit lag on my device, but if you really like 3D for your icon on home screen then you really must try this launcher, by the way it free so nothing to lose.
Nemus Launcher
I like this launcher because it so light, not consume a lot memory usage, not lag at all, and easy to navigate. but this launcher don't have themes or i can say just few themes available for this launcher. it free and have ics look but with a little modification like 9 workspace, Various App list styles, Workspace and app menu switchers (screen preview), etc.
